UOL EdTech is the education technology company from the UOL Group – the largest Brazilian provider of digital content, technology, services and payment methods.

Created in 2017 with the goal of being a key player in the digital transformation of Brazil’s education sector, UOL EdTech develops technology platforms and offers digital learning experiences that support companies, educational institutions and students all across the country.


In 2021, UOL EdTech received an investment from SoftBank Latin America Fund. The fund is part of the SoftBank Group Corp., one of the world’s largest technology investors.

The investment takes place at the moment of the biggest change in higher education of the last 100 years, with the number of 100% online training programs seeing a sharp increase. In addition, we live in a context of digital transformation in all business sectors, changing how we work and how careers are developed, with the need for professionals who are lifelong learners, that is, who are constantly learning.
